Great lecture, thank you so much for this. I'm learning HPLC for my thesis, and it isn't as easy as it looks haha. I hope you can make more lecture videos about problems in HPLC such as mobile phase and stationary phase selection, pH and buffer usage, etc.

@@ChemComplete I have experience with SEC/GPC. but there is a high demand for HPLC experienced people in industry. So I viewed this course for the basics. I am getting trained this week on actually how to use the UHPLC, by a friend who is still in my graduate school.
