Is this shiur available in written form? It is extremely difficult to try to follow the speaker and also read the references and notes that are all-too-briefly flashed on the screen!

Hi. First, you clic in the ''CC'' button (that will give you subtitles... wait until they talk to see them). Then, you can slower the rythm of the shiur. You go to ''settings'', and clik in ''Playback speed''. You also might want mute while you read.

Thank you . How can one motivate himself/herself to pray Shacharit? some struggle with prayers specially Shacharis. It's like a daily war to force yourself to get up and when you get up you just want to have breakfast, etc but instead baruch Hashem you pray a very long prayer. Any tips would be appreciated . Thank you

Try to watch this video a couple of times so you can learn what the Amidah is for. Try to understand why you pray. This video uses a lot of Yerushalmi sources from Berechot to show you. The best thing you can do is get yourself into a learning program so you can grow. Learn Torah every day and you will see more blessing in your life. Contact Rabbi Reuven to get into a learning program. Thanks and be blessed.

This is Rabbi Mana. There are 4 in the Yerushalmi. This was the 4th one who is one of the final Amorim in the Yerushalmi. He was the head of the Acadamy in Tzippori. When he comes up in the Shas, he is the one who usually gives the final explanation for a point.

@@kTbCClan By the way, the Acadamy in Tzippori where Rabbi Mana was the head of it was built by his teacher and Rabbi who made the money to pay for the Yeshiva by extra honest business practices in the market where he was a honey seller. You can find that in Peah 7:3. Anyway, there is a special reward for extra honest business dealings and if you handle money, always put aside some time each day to learn the laws of Chosen Mishpat, which are laws dealing with business issues. Also make sure you have a posek you can ask money issues to so you handle your money issues in a halachic way and you will see more blessing in your money issues.
