In this lecture EKG is going to cover an introduction to pharmacokinetics, looking at an overview of the four main processes, which are absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion.
We’ll also break down some key pharmacokinetic concepts, such as bioavailability, first-pass metabolism, and half-life, describe their clinical importance, and start seeing how we can calculate such parameters.
And then, in later pharmacokinetics lectures, we’re going to expand on these topics.

Ingles is not my first language it as been so difficul for me to understand I have been strugle with this concepts for while, I tried a lot of videos none of them explain as clear as you did... you are the best you make it easy....!
