Chronic granulomatous disease does not reduce the number of neutrophils. Instead, its ability to produce ROS is compromised due to a mutation in GP91PHOX/P22PHOX. Source : Harrison's Internal Medicine, 21e, Chapter : Primary Immunodeficiency.

Still better then the more major player of Immunodeficiency where you have to be isolated, secluded, exiled, separated, and segregated most likely in different areas, locations, destinations, structures, or architectures like bubbles, domes, forcefields, shields, balloons, booths, cocoons, and eggs of different shapes, sizes, weights, colors, widths, and lengths of different elements like plastic, rubber, or glass

Hi Paul, Thank you for your inquiry about the presentation. Unfortunately, we are only given the end product, not the Powerpoint presentation. We apologize for this inconvenience. Thanks!

Slides are boring and plane, whole presentation is way too long, if you are talking about primary immunodeficiency talk about it, don't try to explain what immune system is, people who are intrested in this specific topic clearly knows it already so you are just wasting their time with things they already know so half of the video could be cut off and nobody would miss it..

I disagree, I'm newly diagnosed and found the presentation very informative. The video is titled "introduction" so yes its not for those already well versed on the topic as expected. I'm grateful for such information at a time when we have limited access to our consultants and GP's, I was diagnosed out of the blue over the phone 4 weeks ago and have had no info since apart from a visit for further blood tests.
