It's been many years since college but I still have a thirst to learn, and here you are, making it free and accessible. Accessible, both by availability, and explaining it in a way that makes sense to a layman.

I used to be with a man who did this for a living. He made new medications and proteins and amino acids had something to do with it. He also made new polypeptide chains but I don't know what that means. Oh yeah...and he knew the names of the 22 amino acids, in alphabetical order bc that's how he committed them to memory.
