I didn't really watch this yet, just played 0:06 of the video, but I already liked it in honor of before in class we watched Khan Academy many times. The first time I typed some of this, I realized that I didn't like it yet and that wouldn't work so I discarded it and liked it then came back and am writing this. I am sorry to oppose but as per my understanding the ratio is the comparison between 2 same quantities while rate is the comparison of 2 different quantities. so miles per hour qualifies as a rate not a ratio.
