Introduction to RNA-Seq Analysis

In this meetup we will show you how to perform RNA-seq analysis in R. We will introduce you to the DESeq2 package and demonstrate how to use this package to perform differential expression analysis on count data. We will also provide a gentle introduction to linear modeling in R. By the end of this session you will know how to statistically compare gene expression levels between two groups using RNA-seq data.
