I remember in 2022 when there was extreme fear. Hard to really time the bottom in the short term because it had several pullbacks I remember we got chopped up by it too. If I were to see the same kind of sentiment I would probably buy some at the money SPY or SPLG LEAPS a year or 2 out and roll out when it's 3-6 months out from expiration or close and take the money.

Yeah much easier said than done in those times, but when you broaden the scope it helps big time
