Firstly I am thankful for the understanding you gave sir, but I have a doubt when we take a full adder circuit, it takes the carry obtained from the previous output as one of the inputs that means it is dependent on the previous output obtained, then isn't it called a sequential circuit for that reason ? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Sequentiel logic depends not only on the present input but also on the past output(s). This is your definition of sequentiel logic. I have two questions : 1. does it depends on the past output or the past input ? in wiki it is said that " In digital circuit theory, sequential logic is a type of logic circuit whose output depends not only on the present value of its input signals but on the sequence of past inputs, the input history". 2. Why they are called sequential, i do not see any propriety of sequence ?
