I like his description of how to read through material quickly but repeatedly, this is definitly something I should practice with. Maybe because the intent for focusing on the material changes ever so slightly between readings that the concepts are ingrained better.

This is perhaps studied in greater detail elsewhere, but on what grounds is the claim that reduced job stability is negative? If there are enough jobs that a person can get another, then it's not much of a problem. And, to what extent is instability the result of employees quiting for other options?
