I have the same tank 6 months in. My one is mixed reef. Light is junk. I have a ai prime hydra 32 Throw out the sponge in the first chamber. I found I guy that makes a basket that fits a filter sock. Cut down the slits on the “gate” to get more flows and lower water level in DT side. Throw out all the media baskets except for maybe 1 quartz rings. All they do is trap waste. We call it a “reeee-seff”. Like that.

I've kept mine original but I've had several tell me to alter it I might but finally after 1 year thing's are good but thanks might change just to compare

Caribsea life rock maybe expensive but I really like it in my flex tank. Maybe try an aquscape with that. It's up to you tho. The light dont look like a coral light tho from the shot I see in this video. Thats the only thing I see that might be a consern tho I dont no much good reef tank lights.

I haven't decided on anything for it as of yet but I do plan on building my own scape trying to think up something cool. I will use light in beginning but probably looking in ai prime if I go all out coral have to see where it goes

The aqua top comes with a recessed light and two glass panels the light also has grooves that allow you to tip glass while working or feed in the tank might have to show this in a vid several now have asked

@@shadbonen it's tricky..I took a "L" for a minute there..I sent you that message then I seen you have your light in the middle so now I realized that the light goes in the middle then you have 2 clips on back section of light on each side of tank to hold that half of glass then you have two more on front half holding that half.. Thank you for replying.. it seems simple now but a video just might be worth it..

Working on a aqua scape right now tank is still dry. Thinking about starting out with a series showing a variety of fresh or brackish water fish while the tank establishment is in process

Great and amazing tank! I had the 24g aio. Just do couple of clowns and wrasse and small fishes with full of lps’s (euphyllias).
