Thank you Ms. Silva. I have been a multiple martial arts and tai chi practitioner for over 40 years. Yours is the best and most concise explanation of, introduction into and preparation for Tai Chi that I have ever seen.

Beautiful! I first learned T'ai Chi from Edna and Dr. Zee back in the late 90's. I am still so grateful they were teaching because I am still practicing T'ai Chi as they taught me, all these years later, and it is a life-saver! I am so delighted to see this video. It is both familiar and also so helpful in re-learning and restoring what I learned. Thank you, Edna! You are a magical person!

Did it helped you in any way? Like in fighting way or did it improve your fighting skills ? Cuz i cant believe something so calm and so slow can be really usefull in combat tho, cuz im a kickboxer and there has to be everything fast, Sharp reflexes and reading your opponents moves, but is this helpful in any way?

Hi Have been studying Wu Tai Chi Chuan for 18 years, disciple of Sifu Martin Kennedy who is teaching disciple of Wu Kwong Yu and in all that time I think that may be the best description and explanation I have heard of what Tai Chi Chuan is. Many Thanks

It's so interesting to see it all. I learned the slow form from one of Mr. Ma's students (and am still learning). It's just great to see that the movements are the same, even though there is a lot of spatial distance.

Beautiful form. Non-traditional sequence. I have studied with Ma Jianglin and Ma Jiangbao, grandsons of Wu Jianquan.

Love Shi Mei Lin, especially her fast form and sword performance. Wish she will travel in the states for workshops. Love Wu style, I’m teaching Wu style for more than 12 years. Good flows, Edna!
