Why couldn't you set U to 0.95 & solve for a new Tv. Insert into Tv=Cv*t/H^2, rearrange then and solve for t95?

at 9:23, why use T_{v} for U = 90% rather than for U = 95%?

Just a typo. The computation for 95% consolidation. I put these errors in just to see who's paying attention :)
