Not true, what he said was there isn't much anime voice acting work in LA (there isn't as much as there used to be, mostly just Viz and Aniplex shows), but for all other aspects of voice acting (cartoons, video games, commercials etc.) as with all forms of acting LA has more of it than anywhere else in the English speaking world.

Luis Murillo I liked the stuff from the old toonami, the 3 dragonbal land transformers shows, yu yu hakusho. there's 7 right there that's proven to be for toonami. I cant stand certain shows on toonami now ,but I wont say em so nobody gets upset over a freaking opinion, but there are 2 very very very poorly animated shows on toonami with bad writing and well...everything. It's just not for me. but watching tom? yeah. this is interesting for me.
