Vitya, thank you. Are you referring to the forehand/backhand or the serve?
@vityadmitryuk58586 жыл бұрын
Intuitive Tennis Forehand / two-handed backhand. You have a talent to teach! Please note, few people correctly explain on the Internet how to move in the corners of the court, from the back line and inside the court. Thank . Greetings from Russia :) Victor.

Victor, thanks Yes I will definitely make a video about hitting from the corners. As far as pronation and supination on FH/BH I made a video about Nadal’s forehand coming out next Friday. Some interesting findings on his wrist/pronation. There is some supination on the 2-H BH kzbin.info/www/bejne/rZKrgnpnqLiMqas The answer to your question is yes and no. It’s complex and I will cover it in the future.

Thank you Nick! great instruction! compared to the other tennis videos from wannabe coaches that rather make it even more difficult to learn from, your videos should be awarded. Ever thought about charging for this superb advice? I would definitely pay for it

Great video, any plans to do tactics, shot selection, patterns of play? Would be particularly interesting to see some patterns of play from top players like Djokovic, Nadal, Federer.. for example Federer hitting a kick out wide on ad side and going into the court and then hitting a weak reply to the open court or volley if he gets to the net fast enough, things like that would be awesome.

Alen, yes absolutely. Will cover those topics for sure. Thanks for your support. 🙏🙏

Great instruction, as always. Just for fun, the pro at my tennis club demonstrated some serves for me to return. Some of them literally went over my head. I would have had to stand right against the back wall to even touch those. Thanks for confirming that I was not a fool for doing so 🙂

Great video Mr.Aracic! We never knew why we had to stand closer to the doubles alley 😂

Tennis Sisters, yes it is quite interesting why we stand in that position on the return.

Thx for the vidéo, i would Like to ask a question about how to read wich serve gonna be performed, to try to anticipate the return and First of all the positionning. Thx. Rachid

Rach, try picking out the toss direction. Most players have different tosses for kick, slice and flat!

I think something that is missing is a simple diagram showing the principle you were describing in the video. Something like that (excuse my 3 minute paint skills): imgur.com/XXh4vpc The outer lines (with the left line depending a bit on the height of the server) are roughly the bounds on the possible angles a serve can take, ignoring any spin. So the positioning on the serve then becomes a simple geometric problem! We want to put ourselves in the middle between the two extremes, which happens to be somewhere around the sideline. Of course there are then some other considerations--for example, pro players often deviate a bit from that position towards the backhand side so that they cover more court with their forehand. The basic principle is stays the same, however--and this applies to any shot, be it return of serve or the position in the rally.

As a 4.0 player should I be aiming at meeting the ball while still on the rise on a fast kick serve or move back and wait for it to dip down?
