Hey Steve…. it’s a good day… you posted and as always… good stuff. Yeah, you can find a load of invasives in Florida but I’d rather chow down on the native species. Never know what you’ll find if you go looking. I netted three red bellied piranha 4-6” out of a canal up in Miami many years ago and that got my attention. 😳 So great to see you old buddy… my best regards to Jamie and your clan. 👍

Thanks so much! I LIVE ON LAKE ERIE and the muscles were so bad they clogged the nuclear power plants but they filtered the water cleaner then ever! I had friends in Alpena spent some time there! Snowmobiling.

Gotta stir fried them the Asian way is the only way it’s bomb. Oil garlic minced 2 tablespoons sugar salt to ur liking fish sauce oyster sauce sliced ginger and chop green onions last u can serve it with white jasmine rice. Also dip sauce tamarind don’t know how to make the sauce only momma dukes knows how 😂to

Yours are way bigger than the ones around me. I would do a quick boil in water and rinse them before cooking in the seasoning. Also garlic is bad for dogs.
