These are good improvements, I appreciate them, for sure! Thanks for your hard work, guys! I actually have a question, maybe this isn't the best place to ask, but are you guys planning more content centered around using the newer API features? I am struggling to find good resources on the add, delete components and constraints functionality that was new with 2019. I plan on doing a lot with that, and it would be awesome to have official training vids from you guys! Again thanks for all your hard work!

I have draw one machine on 2020,with several collaborators animated parts (4bar system with crank etc),and i had a lot of “conflicts”at constraint , inexplicably. I hope to fix it on update. Thanks

Is there any reason why inventor doesn't have the option to create a plane from a line or axis and a point? Or am i missing something?

You can? Use the "Normal to axis though a point" plane type

@@Neil3D I'm talking about where the axis lies on the plane, not normal to it. sort of like "angle to plane around edge" but defined by that point. Or basically the axis defines two points of the "3 point plane" and the 3rd is defined by another point.

Hello Lars Thanks for concern I'm beginner need to use program for design mechanical parts , pressing molds for rubber& sheet metal , steel structure and metal fabrication Also need assemble parts, test the loads and stress and simulation There are many programs to do the tasks as solid work , fusion 360 , Creo , inventor So why I have to select Inventor to do my tasks ?

​@@roma10011 I don't blame the confusion. You are right! There are so many programs out there. Each one a little different and yet they overlap in functions. Autodesk has a fantastic channel network, and I bet there is one located close to you. They will be able to provide great answers and guide, making a choice clear without complications.
