I really wish the term bullet heaven would be picked up on steam, it would make finding games like this or vampire survivor clones a lot easier

The combine mechanic is new thanks to the recent big update, it added a few new weapons, changed up some of the baddie designs, and adds in a few more elite designs so its not just the beholder and succubus anymore that show up.

The scattershot crossbow bonus applies to the scattershot, not adjacent (Otherwise it would specify adjacent). For example, with that 20% bonus on the Tier 4, if you had 5 other ranged weapons touching it, it would always double shot. To the best of my understanding anyways. I could always be wrong.

IIRC Keys are used in the collection to unlock things that are independent of achievements, but it's been a minute since I've tried this.

Learning on Diablo's prefix and suffix systems would be interesting, if you could select one of each to remain on the upgraded weapon and identical are combined. Something like Crop Rotation's mutation upgrade system, you select what you'll keep or discard. Bullet heavens are so much fun when some random stat are added, so you can get that numbers go big feeling. A preview system would be good, so you can easier assess your options.

something like affixes could work and make it more varied yeah- or gems like in backpack battles? also that music gets stale very quick

Have to note: reroll gets more expensive later on so you might want to empty your pocket even if you're full to find stuff you wanna take next time.

Bought the game immediately upon seeing how cheap it was. It's been a while since a game made me rage so much, got through the first 3 difficulties pretty quick andngot walled hard by 4. Trying to do 4 while still learning new characters was a pretty high-hubris move on my part. Game's still great, needs a dodge indicator and better visual clarity. I died a couple times where I had no idea what I was getting hit by.
