I totally understand when she said “I feel more like myself with long hair.” I feel more myself with longer hair as well, I cut it back in August 2021 to my shoulders because I was told short hair would look better with my long face. I didn’t feel like me, and ever since I saw this video I’ve been trying to grow my hair and I already feel better.

Same. I cut my hair very short when I was 18, so it’s 10 years ago now, but I clearly remember never feeling confident or like my self while it was short. But then I got that out of my system and knew that short hair isn’t for me early in my life. Anything shorter than shoulder length is a no go for me 🙅♀️ my hair is waist length now, going for classic length with thick ends, and I totally blame Sarah for my obsession with extremely long hair 😆💕 it was after seeing her channel for the first time that I was like "yep, I need that kind of hair length in my life" 😄 wish me luck on my journey 🤞🏻😄

My hair wasn't growing from a certain length for 2 years. I started to do this method once a week with oils and my hair is down my waist now. I think the biggest factor was moving the lympathic system and brining that blood flow to the scalp for it to get more nutrients. I would highly recommend. I did this for 5 months straight and I still do it. My hair is now not as dry anymore! Lots of benefits.

try to use luke warm coconut oil mixed with half amount of castor oil alternative nights. comb it through the hair and wash it normally in the morning.. after washing your hair take 2-3 drops of olive oil in hands and massage it through your hair lenght not in the scalp. then comb your hair.. once a month take one egg yolk, a spoon full of yogurt and a tablespoon of any oil and mix it use it as a mask.. use less heat and less chemicals on hair.
@Luna-lh7hl4 жыл бұрын
I can recommend coconut oil. I use it once a week. Don’t soak your hair in it, but still enough to cover your hair. Then leave it in overnight or for a few hours. Personally I put it in in the morning, put my hair in a bun and cover it with something so I don't stain anything or make my clothes smell like coconut oil. I hate the smell and it seems to like to stay in clothes so--- In the evening I wash it out. First I put in shampoo when there's still coconut oil in my hair and it's not wet, then I get in the shower to wash it out and wash my hair again and after put conditioner in and that's it. It depends on your hair how many times you need shampoo I think. And if you don't like the smell, don't worry after washing it out it won't smell like coconut oil. I think it's budged friendly since it lasts a while if you only use it for your hair.
@capturesbysree_3 жыл бұрын
My mom taught me this. Massage scalp with coconut oil for 15 min three days a week/ alternate days, rinse it off with a mild shampoo after an hour. I don't use conditioner. I use the inversion method meanwhile oil massaging. Since I've been doing this for long now, it is easy for me to do inversion method (head down like in this video while standing, not lying down) for 15min straight (yes, I've noticed fast hair growth but I thought it's normal). Try to stay away from chemicals like hair sprays etc., and hair dryer as much as possible. I don't use any of it so I have healthy hair. Dandruff is under control too.

Hi Sarah!! Love watching you, and Bambi too! Glad that you filmed a hair video. I have been feeling so emotional about people lately. I read Psalms before bed. Tomorrow morning is my hair wash day. I used argan oil tonight. I do a 45 minutes hot heads mask. After my shampoo, I use a hair rinse of ACV, aloe, and honey. Then I condition. I learned that from sister in law Sarah. It is making a difference for softer and hydrated hair. You, your hair, voice, and life style are so so Beautiful!! I am not jealous but just want to emulate and implement some of your ideas!! Sarah, today, I bought white shag decor pillows, from Home Depot. They were 50% less than WayFair. From I Canvas, I bought a beautiful white floral to hang over my teal sofa. I had a dilemma about wanting to add crystal to my apartment. I found beautiful floral crystal lamps and two gold and crystal trays that are mirrored. It is really coming together nicely, on a 50% off, budget. I look forward to returning to my 3 Volunteer jobs. Helping others, helps me too. You too? I love your presentation on the inversion method. I will have to try it. After my hair mask, wash and condition, I am doing a small trim, for the health of my hair. I don't have the most beautiful hair, but gradually it is transforming, with more care, protective styles, diet and exercise. It may be an ant's pace, but I am determined, for 28" of longer, healthier locks! ! Thank you for the sincere friendship, in your videos!! You are one of the kindest, smartest, and gentle people that I know. Keep up your Love, Peace, Videos, Gentleness, and Kindness!! We Love you, in SCS, MI!!😍😍😍😘😘😘

I’ve been doing this since I was 6 years old just cause I found it super super relaxing. My hair is now currently 37 1/2 inches, I thought my hair just grew fast naturally, I didn’t even know I was doing this method. Thank you so much for letting me know❤️ Edit: I am currently 13 years old, I started growing my hair out since I was 10 years old

May I ask if you do it daily or 1 week per month?
@angmaromega2 жыл бұрын
I didn't realize this was an actual thing, I just thought my hair grew faster than the norm. I've been doing this to my scalp for years, because it feels good to do so and my hair does grow quickly. And I'm laughing to myself that I was doing this without knowing it was actually a thing that people do for hair growth!!

It would be cool if you did a video where you measure your normal hair growth without the inversion method after a week and compare it with the results you got in this video! 🌸💕

what an angel! I will never forget that day i met you at Whole Foods. You're my biggest inspiration. I still have your stone :-) I hold it whenever i feel anxious, it calms me down. I would love to see a video on how you make your own sauerkraut and if you tried making your own kefir. Ive been making rejuvelac from cabbage and quinoa. Works really well as a probiotic drink. Also I've been loving making my homemade sauerkraut. Taste much better than the ones from the store and its cheaper. Coconut water kefir is something i want to try to make as well. Would love to know and see your experience with it. sending you lots of love

My gosh you have such wonderful, thick, healthy hair. The one picture with you laying down and strands are curled around in a design is amazing. You have 18 sections of hair, and my hair would only make one section compared to your 18. How do you get such thick wonderful hair? Good genes, good care and good luck!

I've been trying this method for one and half year and yes it helped me a lot. It doesn't give u a magical result...but it still works perfectly for those people whose hair hair growth stopped.i do it everyday for 5 min.i have a lots of other hair problems.but still my hair grows

For the last 8 months, I have been using this method. I didn't know about the benefits until I saw this wonderful video of yours today. I started doing it because I too have long hair, (now till the middle of my butt) and everytime i wash my hair the normal way, my hair would always do into my butt, hehehe, and it was annoying, so i started doing the inversion method. I think it has worked, because my hair has grown from my belly button till the mid area of my butt.

i have been doing this every month for one week for five minutes for two years. I don’t let my hair grow too much and usually cut it, but I do notice that it can grown over an inch overnight. I don’t know if that’s my body or my hair or anything weird, but I do think you can achieve drastic changes sometimes.

I'm going to give this a try and see if I can get my hair to grow. I have curly, very slow growing hair that is thinning a bit with age. I don't mind a bit thinner but this I consider my last chance in life for long hair so I'm going for it. Thank you! :)

@EspritPA4 жыл бұрын
@@annamarie2372 It's not going badly, LOL. I watched Sarah's newest video and I've got coconut oil and amla powder coming. I'm already using the Calia shampoo/conditioner and the TEK hairbrush and my husband says my hair's getting longer and feeling softer, so in another 6 months' time, might be down to the middle of my back? Right now I'm at 3 inches past my shoulders. Curly hair like mine grows slooooowly. :)
