both of them "work" on geogebra however the 2nd one doesnt work on desmos there's also y=(x root of (y))^x which "works" on both

Thanks for the comment. Yes it does go a little deeper but to be honest it kind of got me stumped as well. (Hence why I posted it to the world). I do mean to make a video eventually expanding on the idea. Sigh... eventually...
