Thank you Sir for the information. I have 2 question what type of wire you used 0 gauge or 2 gauge? And how long the should be? Because I probably need around 7 feet long wire. So what is your recommendation?

What makes a good chassis ground?

A good chassis ground is a clean connection. If the truck has been running on the road it is best to scuff up the area that you will be attaching to with an abrasive like sandpaper. We show connecting it to a cab cross member, since the cab has a ground wire between it and the frame. Also, by connecting it to the truck cab the chance of the wire being broken by the cab movement going down the road is eliminated.

@@JamalTv_ I replaced it. Purkeys wouldnt honor the warrantee to send me another one so I ended up just buying another inverter all together.

Do you do installs on vans ?

We are not actually installers, but manufacturers. We provide training to some heavy-duty trucking fleets, but we do no install on vans. Sorry we can't help!

Unfortunatley, we do not have a 3000 watt inverter. Our largest inverter is a 2000 watt.

My company bought a bunch of these for fleet reasons now we all hate our lives these inverters don’t have a POWER BUTTON so you can’t even reset the inverter. The controller is pretty much useless you have to tap the button 10 times in “quick succession “ and guess what IT DOESNT WORK. If you want to watch your tv for 10 mins a night then get up and crack your truck again every 20 mins so you can watch tv for another 10 mins boy do they have a product for you.

Sorry for the confusion with your inverter. This inverter DOES have a power button, it can be found on the controller, and the inverter can be reset from there. However, sometimes the company chooses to purchase the inverter with a set battery disconnect value. If your company chose to set that value for you, then pressing the button 10 times in succession will not allow you to change the LVD. Short run times may be related to battery connections or battery problems witht the truck, this is not a standard issue with this inverter.
