Almost never had any problems with Panasonic microwave. They are pretty good. Inverter made the difference mine is a 1.6 cu f a big microwave.

Best of luck my friend. You can do it. I switched from drinking beer to drinking Gatorade zero with a bit of vodka. I started walking more and eating fruit instead of burgers I've dropped 60 pounds so far with about 30 more to go. Started at 280 now at 219. So it can be done

Microwaves are no fun
