Awesome plane your rebuilding there, bare aluminium is really hard ( second to black ) ti achieve, lithoplate I’ve seen been used , anneal and clad it on .

@@glynmatthews6697 i have lithoplated plugs for composite models, definitely Not going with that, its a nightmare. Lol. And heavy
