I fully agree. But you are paying for finished product less headache of con-men contractors, supervision time and substandard workmanship/finishing. You can see here what you are buying... I really regret not going for finished quality product. I live in a dog house which con_man contractor half finished and with my money he built his own house with the fundis I was paying....

Something else, the price isn’t just for the house, it comes with lots of amenities included, such as an estate 5 story shopping mall thats currently under construction, street lights, stone paved roads, 24/7 security personnel, wifi, swimming pool construction underway, a fully dedicated kplc transformer on site, recreational park, 1 football pitch just to say the least, So we dont just sell you a house we sell you a lifestyle. This place is definitely wortheit 💯
