Invest smarter: Risk vs. returns in superannuation

I have been invested in the Q Super Balanced for some years now renamed the Balanced Risk Adjusted portfolio as of July 1 this financial year. This portfolio had a negative .46% return in the quarter ending 30/06/24. My understanding is that this drop was based on poor private equity performance within the unlisted alternative asset class held in this fund. The 12 month performance substantially underperformed the other balanced funds held in ART. Obviously some poor decisions for investments were made by Q Super team in the unlisted/alternative asset class within the portfolio.🤔

These guys wouldn't know, they will be the only one being the big winners, living in bigger and bigger houses every year. Just invest in a low cost index fund. These people are just repeating what the parrots are repeating in the local pet shop. Talking AI now, really.
