In this video i diagnose a "engine check light" using an OBD2 scanner for my 2017 Hyundai IONIQ which has a "P0365 Cam Shaft Position Sensor Error".
With the P0365 error its advised to change both the Inlet & Exhaust Cam Shaft Position sensors at the same time.
Yes, there are 2 camshaft sensors on the Hyundai Ioniq and when the error says Sensor B it means the Exhaust CamShaft Position Sensor is actually faulty.
The concerning Exhaust CamShaft Position Sensor Part No is 39350-2B070.
(The part number 39350-2B070 & 39350-03070 @ are interchangeable & actually parts found both on Hyundai & Kia vehicles which are sister companies).
The part number for the Inlet CamShaft Position Sensor, however happens to be 39350-2B030.
To reach/see & change both the "Inlet & Exhaust CamShaft Position Sensors", we actually need to remove the air Intake assembly with the Engine air filter enclosure under the hood. Both the sensors need to be unplugged and unbolted and swapped with newer ones.
