Investigating photosynthesis and respiration with algae beads - Webinar

Students often struggle with tying cellular respiration and photosynthesis together. Algae beads illuminate how both processes are interrelated in a easy-to-use unified experimental system! In this live hands-on webinar developed with educators for educators, attendees will learn how to help their students connect these concepts with algae beads. The system also empowers students to extend their learning by experimenting with light intensity, light color, temperature, and other organisms.
This webinar was presented by Karen Davis. Karen has been a reader, trainer, and a College Board consultant for AP Biology in addition to teaching the course for more than 20 of her 36 years in education. She has worked with students and educators in both urban and rural schools.
