I don't know where they find these people. 'I need an office, not a children's bedroom....'. You know, they're going to take the kids stuff with them when they move out, just put a desk in the empty room and it's an office. When I was looking for flats I checked if my furniture would fit, not if the existing couch is too big or small for the room...

The house is cluttered, too much wallpaper, the TV blocking the light coming in, and the carpets are dirty, and having a dog licking the windows and barking isn't a good impression. A turnoff when buying a home.
