Use Discernment here… if one can see it with their eyes in a designated “public space”, then it is equally fair for a video camera to do same. Just the same if one might have on glasses that could record every single aspect of “public space” that eyes can see in the designated “public spaces” within “reasonable decorum!” An absolute NO NO would be where restrooms / clothes changing areas are!!!! That’s just common sense and reasonable for all parties to expect privacy in these type spaces. If private information or access thereto is being kept under open view in a public space then the obligation to secure such materials to a more private or restricted area just makes sense in application!!!! It seems nonsensical for the goose to be filming you from its area, and then suggesting you can’t view or video it!! Get your perspective on an even collected measure. You are stating and suggesting an already heavily litigated aspect in application. Suggest you fully read and study case-law and decisions of your own suggestion. Take care.
