They ARE violating his rights and so are those involved in law enforcement. The actions they are taking are unlawful and impulsive if not premature. There's a case here with all of this. Luigi I hope has a lawyer that sees all this, and maybe another one will step in to assist if at all possible. His right to "innocent until proven guilty" is being manufactured such that Luigi is being creatively written into being the one who stands trial as the criminal and the one who is being unlawfully detained. This has me and so many others so sick.
