Hi. This video is great. Your dad has done an awesome job creating a legacy. I have been dabbling in investing since the beginning of the year. I started with FOREX through IM academy because a church member told me how it changed her life. Another way to keep track of your stocks, is to put in price alerts, most platforms will allow for this but yahoo finance app will do the same. Putting in price alerts at key/relevant prices based off say 3/6/12months highs and lows, possibly percentages away from your own average price at +\- 10%/20% etc, prices far enough to tell you something relatively important without annoying you with micro time frame action (if investing)

Great video. I like that you put the emphasis on how investing is not a get rich quick thing and that you must think long term. I had a very similar experience with Amazon. I also couldn't agree more with the comment that you must first clear your debts. This is the ultimate starting point and many don't understand how being debt free (not including a mortgage) can get you closer to financial freedom. Try Interactive Brokers, better than paying $5/10 per ticket, like Questrade and major banks. Assuming most ppl aren’t pushing 5/6 figure lots, but even if you are you can actually change your commission pricing plan depending on volume and activity. Anyway just wanted to say IB will probably save you much more money and also better conversion rate if your moving CAD to USD they’ll save you some more money there too. For your channel you can probably get an affiliate link for them and rack in some change.
