I think The locked period means you can’t access the funds under any circumstances. However, aft the 90 days, you will be able redeem full amount but there will be a fee .25% and we will recalculate the profit at 2.5% p.a

5.2% is annual rate for 12 year and has subscription fee and penalties are there also

It’s nice for short term , they expect Eibor to go down 0.5-0.75 this year and move to near 3 next year . Good for next 1 year max

RDA profit sharing ratio of USD is 45% only. Means on 1000 USD after one year u will get 25 USD.
