How do we bring innovative treatments to patients faster than ever before? The University of Medicine Excellence (UME) team believes that it begins by investing in our people.
As of mid-November, almost one thousand of our employees have completed a Boehringer Ingelheim certificate program developed together with Harvard Medical School Executive Education. They are the first wave of past participants in our University of Medicine Excellence who have completed the inaugural Accelerate program, which is a non-degree granting program. For Madhuri Jerfy, Senior Associate Director Global Regulatory Affairs, the patient-centricity of the course re-emphasized her purpose of transforming lives for generations.
The curricula, designed and delivered by Harvard Medical School Executive Education, combine cutting-edge clinical development research and training, culturally transformative information technology and leadership coaching.
