When I watched this Bloomberg video, it struck me how similar the profiles of the funds and companies they feature are-there’s a noticeable lack of diversity in these interviews. Cities like Atlanta and Miami also have thriving funds and innovative companies that deserve attention. Maybe it’s time for Bloomberg to consider launching a separate channel, Bloomberg Technology: Minority-Owned, to highlight underrepresented voices and businesses in the tech ecosystem.

Are you not tired of the 'Give us a hand, pitch"? If you want to pitch an alternative for small cap companies or startups then come up with a cooler name than one that panders like "Minority Owned". We have to stop this playing this handout game, have some dignity. Bloomberg Small Tech or Bloomberg Startups would be a better fit with emphasis to the production team to show a range of industries. if the companies are as "innovative" as you suggest then they would certainly rise to the top of such a channel.

@nyakarundi Stop gaslighting. I'm 36; "DYOR" is meaningless. We're tired of your pandering and the embarrassment it causes. Please stop and try to maintain some dignity. Keep your hand in your pocket and consider the language you use; it makes you look absolutely pathetic. Enough with the DEI and tokenism. No one wants to see another Black man begging for a "diverse" channel labeled "Minority." Be more creative and develop something that allows you to stand tall. You don't see Chinese individuals coming to America with that attitude; they enter the workforce and excel, compelling the media to focus on them. Emulate that.
