I haven't heard so much sense in a very long time. There is no waste here. This is quality, straight to the point , no nonsense. This is high end meat, not mechanically separated chicken like most silly talks on KZbin. Thankyou so much. I cannot understand why people are not so kind to jews, they are the funniest, most generous, smartest, most compassionate and just so people in the world. There are TONS of gems here. Please put in time-stamps to make it user/viewer friendly. It would make his short points so much easier to find and review/remember. Survivor bias is SUCH a GOOD point. If we hear about someone successful, we think that it must be so easy. But we never/rarely see or hear about the 100 who failed.

Good episode. I am gonna look into that 7% yield govt bond tomorrow and max it out. As Ray Dalio says “cash is thrash” especially these days with high inflation. Surprised the Rabbi did not mention Warren Buffet’s famous saying. “If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die.”

@40:00 I had the same experience. At one point last year I was up on swing trades on "green energy", Covid vaccines and other biotech, and mining stocks, over 100%, but it did not keep up! The old-fashioned way is much more sustainable! !
