Capital Market is a type of financial market where long-term debt or equity-backed securities are traded Capital markets are bifurcate into primary market and secondary market The primary market is the part of the capital market that deals with the issuance of new securities which we can say in the form of an IPO The secondary market will be the market where previously issued financial instruments will be bought and sold An investment bank is a financial institution that assists individuals, corporations, and governments in raising capital by underwriting and/or acting as the client's agent in the issuance of securities. An investment bank may also assist companies involved in mergers and acquisitions and provide ancillary services such as market making, trading of derivatives securities, equity securities and fixed income instruments, currencies, and commodities services.

@Amol desai all functional and nonfunctional testing is applicable to project. as sanity n smoke we have to done at start and other depend upon which module you are testing for e.g you are testing order module and you placed order of 2 share then calculation based testing used to verify price ... dont worry give me some time I will make video on realtime senario and types of testing applicable for it...do comment on which project you want it
