Hi sir, I have submitted itr1 with HRA but it is not declared to employer. I got the 143(1) intimation in mail with blue colour for ITR 1 considering my manually declared Hra. Is it possible that I might get notice for 143(1)(a) as I have not declared HRA to employeror asking me to fill in different itr form like itr 2 as I have only 100 rs profit In short term capital gain.
