It's all bcoz 3Bedroom requires more stones bcoz of Design..but this stream shares wall so the blocks used reduce...Alaf tulisema adi apo tu ndio imefikisha around 1.5 but the finishing ndio imetumia pesa sasa....

It depends with your design,and if you want it to be plastered or Not...therefore,the range will be roughly 700K to 900K from Foundation to Roof top
