"Mosamana manager keela vela pakathinga " . I got a manager like that and I decided to move on to next company. I searched jobs for almost 4 or 5 months and ultimately got 4 offers in which I moved to a mid level company with a 160 percent hike. And now my job is very challenging and has got a manager who could encourage me and understand my efforts. Why iam telling this because this thing happened to me in real life and made a good impact in my career. Never ever work under the manager who doesn't evaluate your skills properly or who doesn't respect you.
