Excellent presentation. Grant really does seem a go getter and I like his description of the remuneration for executives. Having worked as an executive for a multi national I have seen first hand how mediocre management is rewarded without clearly set goals or any goals sometimes. Another thing, having worked with Japanese business and government, directly, front line with their heads of and the PM, I know the extent the Japanese will go to in preparation and research so for Sumitomo to get on board is a big plus. 2 or 3 of my former managers are now CEO’s of companies and I have met and discussed issues over the years with multiple CEO’s and a Chairman who went on to become the governor general, Grant would be a superior I would like to have been able to work under, reason being. The remuneration of mediocre managers sell short the good managers you want to retain and encourage, rewarding all the same sends a signal that your skills are not valued. To come out and say he wants a package that’s reflects share price growth is a first I have seen for a small cap. Well done to Grant. Also I accumulated a nice block before Xmas and look forward to a bright future.

Sadly, the renumeration practices standard within the industry extend further to placements made at enormous discounts often underwritten to instos and to management. Props to Grant and Tivan for ethical conduct.
