Market එකෙන් direct shares අරන් main share holder කෙනෙක් වෙන්න ගියොත් share price එක උඩ යනවා. 30% collect කලාට පස්සෙ අනිත අයගෙන් වැඩි මිලට shares ඉල්ලන්න ඔනෙනෙ . එනිසා market එක වැටිල තියන වෙලාවට right දීලා market එක තවත් වට්ටලා. අඩු ගානක් වියදම් කරලා company එක අල්ල ගන්නවා. මම බොරු නම් කියන්නෙ .browns share එකෙ right එකට කලින් කව්ද main share holder, right එක දුන්නෙ ඇයි?, right එකෙන් පස්සෙ main share holder කවද ?කොච්චර percentage එකක් කුනුකොල්ලෙට share price එක වැඩිවෙන්න නොදි අල්ලගෙනද බලන්න. Lolc අයිතකාරයා දස ගල් ආදා.1for1, 2for1 මෙවගෙ වෙලෙට ගන්නෙ නැහැ. Right එකෙන් පස්සෙ බලන්න Lolc ලා 70% ට උඩින් main share holder වෙනවා. දැනට ඉන්න ලොකු share hoders ලට ලොකු පඩුවක් වෙනවා ඔකෙන්.තනිකර legal වංචාවක්.

If there is right issue and the market price is less than the right issue after the XD date is there a point unitizing the rights? will we have a lost if we don't act on rights. To me it looks like no point on getting the rights when we can get from the market lower than that and also is there a rule that we should buy the rights ? Thank you.

The problem is you need to fill the form which is sent by company secretary and hand it over to the broker. Then after depositing money to the brokers account, broker subscribes for rights on your behalf. I'm not sure if that can be done by sending scanned filled document. However those things and all the processes including opening a CDS account will be digitalised and actually its currently being done. Plz clarify this.once a right issue is announced how many times share price will be reduced. That means 1. The times at which right issue is announced without XR date 2. The time at which the XR date is announced 3. The day after the XR date. I'm still studying ur videos and HV this confusion

you can sell the rights by filling the correct section of the form which you got from the company informing the rights issue and hand it over tothe broker

Hi investor think, may I ask a question; when a company announced a rights issue, like for example 2 non voting shares for 1 ordinary share, (but the company doesn't have non voting share category in stock list), if we purchase those rights; how can we sell back those non voting shares in later time? how will the price for those shares decide in the market. Thank you.

Then the problem of tradability arises, only thing is you have that ownership, so need to think before executing rights in such a case
