යම් කිසි සමාගමක divident ගෙවිමට කිට්ටු වෙද්දි සති දෙක තුනකට කලින් ඒ shares වල මිල ගනන් ඉහල යනවා. ලොකු ආයෝජකයන් කල් තියා ඒ පිලිබදව දැන ගන්නේ කෙසෙද ? අපි මේ පිලිබදව දැනගන්නේ brokker ආයතනයෙන් එවන ඩේලි රිපොර්ට් එකෙන්. එතකොට shares වල මිල ඉහල ගිහින්. Shares වල මිල ඉහල යන බවට අපි කල් තියා හදුනගන්නේ කොහොමද? ඒ inside information ගන්නේ කොහොමද ?... පුලුවන් නම් මේ පිලිබදවත් විඩියෝ එකක් කරන්න...

Some big investors can have those sensitive information due to their relationships and they themselves hold directorships of companies as they own big stakes. But a normal investor does not have access to them. Anyhow its totally illegal to trade using insider information.

In calculating PBVR, do we have to consider company's NAVPS OR group's NAVPS?
