ITM calls on NVDA are paying better than OTM puts today. They both end with you owning shares if it goes below your strike, so you should use whichever is paying the best.

I like what you do, and your 3 strategies...but there is a 4th making me 5%/week! If I have 100 shares of a stock like nuscale power trading at $1 and 50 cent increments with a stock price at $11.50 I sell a $13 call option and $10 put option and collect $30-40 each, giving me $60-80 weekly for holding $1150 in stock 😁 I'm happy to be assigned or lose my shares if it hits either ...even though I prefer to keep my shares.

While NVDA is a great stock (I do own some) I don't believe it has the upside growth of either Palantir or SOFI. I sell CC's on my NVDA but seriously considering moving my position into either, or both of, Palantir and SOFI. I think Palantir could 3-4x in the next 18 months. he's not selling cc's two years out. he's selling it two weeks out. it's not gonna spike to 800 in two weeks. but the cc at 160 collects income if the price drops or doesn't get as high as 160 . if your cc gets excercise then sell another put to get assigned again.. that is the wheel... that's why he does it a month out as well cause the premium is more juicy and you don't get hit with a wash

Hi all, please for who want to answer me. Basically the wheel strategy works if we expect that stocks continues to go up.. i mean i sell put on nvda @ 115. Suppose that i will exercise at 113 because nvda goes to 113. At this point i have 100 stocks@ 115. I can try to sell call @115. So if the price goes up and come back to @115 ok i will close my trade in gain.. if the stocks goes down i will collect the call premium.. BUT if nvda goes to 100 i can try to sell call, more or less near always strike 115.. but which will be the premium? It will be enough? that's the only downside if the he stock completely tanks and your selling a covered call won't make your money back you'll just have to wait with that money tied up or risk selling a call and taking a loss. a good way to judge when to sell a covered call is the rsi graph

Telling people they will absolutely lose money by buying common shares of any stock, especially NVDA, is silly.

What’s the difference between CSP and just buying the stock now and selling CC?

When you sell a CSP, you collect premium and need to wait to be assigned the shares if the CSP expires in the money. If you decide not to sell a CSP, then you can simply buy shares straight up and sell a CC and collect premium. Difference is collecting option premiums once (when you only sell a cc) or twice (when you sell both a CSP and subsequently, a CC). Another difference is that buying the shares and selling a CC will be quicker, as you don’t need to wait for a CSP to expire itm.

The premium from selling a put/call will never be larger then then the purchase price of a call/put plus the distance between the strike prices. It’s a 2 market, there is never a guaranteed profit. You can get it down really small…but then net premium will also be tiny.

However, it turned out that the program only includes three calls over three months, which was never made clear beforehand. Additionally, while they provide lifetime access to a Discord community and recordings, this does not justify the $8,000 price tag for just three coaching calls. As a beginner, three calls aren’t sufficient for learning how to trade effectively, and the program’s actual format falls short of what I expected based on initial information. Despite requesting a refund due to the discrepancy between what was promised and delivered, I was informed that refunds aren’t allowed, which wasn’t mentioned earlier. Henry isn’t even the decision-maker in this, as it’s mentioned in one of his voice recordings that his boss doesn't permit refunds. Worse, the support team has been unresponsive. When I requested a direct phone call instead of communicating through endless chats, nobody was available to speak with me, and my mobile number was even blocked from further contact. The coaching program itself lacks real direct guidance. If you’re looking for personalized support or to truly learn how to trade, this isn’t the right program for you. You're left to follow what Henry does and engage with a community that might not address your individual needs. For anyone considering this program, I urge you to think carefully before investing such a large sum of money, as refunds are not given, and you’re essentially left on your own.
