This is a fictive language from World of Warcraft, the language spoken by the Humans, and more generally by the whole alliance. et.worldofwarcraft.wikia.com/wiki/Common_(language) I don't think you can learn it, since everything we know about the Common language is from the game, then it is quite incomplete.

lawrence williams it is not a usable language as it has no consistent grammar. This “translation” was presumably produced for the original singers to use and then was made available wholesale online. The first two lines of the piece are real Latin and do roughly mean what it says in the translation: but the rest is made up and doesn’t seem to show any grammatical pattern. As far as anyone can tell it’s just words that sound nice thrown together. Likewise with all the other languages in Warcraft.
