So the bald guy floating in space is the villain that The Immortal threw into space in the first episode. "When in doubt, throw them into space." And yes, the Sequid DID get the astronaut, but that isnt why the flag shifted on his suit. That astronaut actually never got off the planet and is still on Mars being controlled by the squids. If you remember, the martians are shape shifters. So the astronaut on the ship was actually a Martian who shape shifted into the astronaut in order to escape from Mars.

The Maulers are probably my favourite characters in large part because of the fact that despite being big, hulking brawlers, they buck that stereotype by being literal super geniuses, and smarter than almost every other character in the show. It gives them this fascinating personality, and makes them so fun to watch.

I would never spoil anything for you guys, but...allow me to clarify a few things. ...The dead guy without a helmet and wings in space was Bi-Plane, the super villian that The Immortal threw into space near the end of episode one. And...Mark doesn't now suddenly understand Martian, English comes from the Martian's language. And... ...The mummy was a joke. Meant to scare you, only to then suddenly be accidentally lock in it's tomb by Omni-Man and Invincible without them even knowing about it. It isn't a character in the comics, and to my knowledge, will never return.

Somehow everyone's language sounds just like English, but they think it's their own language. @24:00 This is the moment I really began to love Cecil. He knows Nolan is guilty, but he's investigating covertly. Damien, though he means well, would absolutely stop at nothing to uncover and expose the truth. Which is pretty dumb and dangerous when you're dealing with a super-powerful murderer. It's silencing a whistleblower so you can catch the criminal safely, instead of spooking him into causing a worse crime spree.

If you wanted to make it a round-trip, all in all, it would take about 21 months as you will need to wait about three months on Mars to make sure Earth and Mars are in a suitable location to make the trip back home.

I wouldn't take the no loose ends comment too seriously... it was kinda misleading. There are very very few loose ends over the course of the entire comic series. This season will definitely end with tons of loose ends and random bits (overt or basrely mentioned) that may not come back for several seasons
