But even if you ignored that, his spider sense is so broken, allowing Peter insane reactionary speed feats that no viltrumite except the top tiers can bypass Also I don’t think Spiderman needs to fight the top tiers, he just has to help with earth stuff really

Disney already took TV rights(which is what invincible is categorised as) away from Sony which was why Spectator Spider-Man’s season 3 was canceled despite storyboard and script already completed and Ultimate Spider-Man was made instead. Marvel comics is very chill in cross-overs as they work independently from Disney but tv shows and movies are Disney company domain and they love $$$ Edit: But to be fair, Sony would’ve done the same thing.
