@@brandenr5937 As a character he does not suck, I love every moment he is on screen. When he is being a hero, training Mark, his subtle hints that he is not all he seems to be, everything is perfect. It's just that from a sympathetic fans perspective what he did to his Son was so brutal and horrorifying that we want Mark to avenge Nolan his father who loved earth and always did what was right while beating Omni-Man, the lying, genocidal, monster who compared his mom to a pet , and used him to murder countless people who had no clue what was going on. Like i said I just want to see Mark prove he is as strong and prove he can beat Nolan, and then get ready for the shit storms they brought on themselves.

What’s far more interesting is to the people it’s two separate people with no connections. The underdog fighting earths champion. “Invincible “ fighting “Omni-Man” to see what is a new hero facing off with a Titan with far more feats as everyone else is helpless to aid this small time hero. Weighing everything in, for a moment when he got up again he truly represented his name to the people.
