I meditated to this video and got in the most focused and calm flow state I’ve ever been in. I’m currently at work right now and I’m in sales at GNC, and some guy came in and when I opened my eyes he was just looking at me with such amazement on his face. I was so shocked because I didn’t hear him come in or his footsteps or anything, I truly detached myself from all earthy attachments. Felt amazing

What I love about this channel - 1. The Voice - I wish I knew his name but his voice is amazing. I am very sensitive to voice quality when it comes to videos like this and I actually stop listening to most of the new ones I try just because it isn't a voice hat I enjoy listening to. This voice may be the very best of the few channels that I listen to for this type of education and a reducing of my attention on what matters most! 2. Deep Knowledge - This person clearly has a deep knowledge of this subject matter. A lot of people on KZbin are making videos in this space clearly are just slapping together information that they have learned elsewhere. I appreciate the mastery demonstrated by this person on topics that truly take a lot of time to fully understand. 3. Video length - I LOVE that all of the videos that I've listened to on this channel have been right around 11 minutes! Most people would not be able to capture what is fully explored in these videos in 60 minutes. (Goes back to mastery) 4. Clarity of the language - The language used in these videos is so well constructed it blows my mind. Having done a fair amount of writing I really understand and appreciate just how hard that is. He has removed all nonessential words and yet the language is very clear, easy to follow, and enjoyable to listen to. Truly masterful work!

It occurred to me the other day that things that sre supposedly "bad luck" (walking under ladders, black cats, breaking mirrors etc.) are self-reinforcing in that if you start worrying about all the bad luck in store for you, you are putting out a psychic beacon for the bad luck to find you. If you just let it go without calling attention to it, it won't have a map to your location.

there's a lot of truth in this video so thanks for the reminder. However i don't like the story of focusing on positive things only that much i think its a very toxic story in the spiritual community, it has some truth in it as well but it can easily lead to suppresion causing you even more negative experiences in the future. I also dont agree with that only you concious attention shapes your reality, i believe that your subconcious focus shapes your reality just as much. Understanding that helped me learn more and more tools to allign myself more as a person and in turn allign more of my energy to where i do want to be and what i want to create. I don't think he said "only" conscious attention shapes your reality. I have listened to other of his videos which cover the subconscious mind and it's influence very well. This video is just about our conscious attention which so many of us use to focus on what is wrong without realizing we are creating more of that.
