UPDATE: I figured it out and fixed it. This glitch actually was caused by me when I once added a line into the Fallout4.ini when I had similar types of issues around Red Rocket and Sanctuary becuase of "MDF Red Rocket Clean". This line caused many issues in combination with PRP. This bug can be caused in various ways, mostly by mods that change worldspace (especially scrap/clean mods). So make sure to check these types of mods in your list first as well as your load order! There are many usefull tips and suggestions in this comment section, so maybe you'll find a solution of your problem here. Thank you very much for all your comments!

i noticed some missing textures for me, for example the elevator and door of the vault 111 when starting the game my player just fall and die (well i can play now since i bypassed this) but i still don't find any solution for that

The was I fixed this issue I had was Uninstall mod Boston fix if you have it because it messes up texture files as well as scrapping mods only have one not multiple 🙄 then clean your cells and check load order scrapping mods at the end of your list. Happy gaming friends

Glad Im came to this video, also love your mods vids, it helps me a lot to get my game better. So, I was with this exact issue in some interiors, and I seee some comments about enhanced light and fx mod, so I disable and it turns back to normal the textures from the walls, BUT in the mod page I encountered another great mod that patches this issue with Enhanced Lighs FX, because it was conflicting with PRP, another great mod. So this is the patch that solve this issue, plus you still able to use enhanced lights and fx with PRP. All my thanks to the commenters, this video itself and mostly for the modders

Soon I also had this problem and it made me sick. I struggled for three days. I recommend you try the oldest and most reliable way. One by one you turn the mods on or off until you find out which one is causing the problem. Usually these are mods that are related to textures or add something - for example weapons. For me, the Enchanted Lighting fashion turned out to be special. Greetings from Bulgaria.

I already tried that with a lot of different types of mods but couldn't find the issue. I guess it has something with cell loading or lighting. But thank you for your suggestion!

Try moving all interior lighting mods below of the textures mods that modify the environment, I had the same issue in vault 111 and that resolved it

My personal experience, it was enhanced lights and fx. I use prp and prp has a patch for ultra interior lighting and not enhanced lights and fx. So i switched to that and it fixed the interior.

Never seen or experienced something like this. The closest I’ve seen was an old thread from 5+ years ago talking about “wetness” in the advanced options. That the wetness should be turned off, although I have no idea if it can be related to your problem.

I had this same issue for vanilla and modded interiors, it was "Interior fog remover" that was causing the issue.

for me it was the "This Is Trash" mod which scraps all trash in a settlement, your pinned comment helped me figure it out so thank you!

worked for me delete scrap everything guys thats what caused my missing textures i struggle sleeping so fallout 4 is a literal god send at the moment got about 300 mods going runs super smooth also i tend to download collection's off vortex through nexus

I just got the same issue. I'm using Desperados mods, something called "Terrain LOD" cause that.

i don't have those issues but on my medium pc Final Fantasy 15's textures are black (switching from black to normal) so i can't play it (except through cloud gaming), maybe in your case its boston fps or something like that

While we are here I don't get why but the lod for my game dropped out of nowhere. stuff pops in like crazy and I can see the cut off where objects don't load in the distance. I also didn't add any mods so any idea how to fix?

@@matiasmarziali9633 from talking with a person on discord we think it’s the dlc causing the issue . In their case removing far harbor fixed the issue with diamond city being messed up but they still had issues with sunshine tidding co op. I’m going to wait until Mon when they are pushing out a patch to see if that fixes it first.

I got the same problem but so far only in Concord Civi Access. I run Scrap Everything, I'll try disabling that, but it it just weird. I run Mods that touch Concord Civic Access, like Concord Expanded, but only Concord Civic Access so far, shows the problem.

it happened to me and the one that was causing it in my case was scrap everything so whenever im gonna scrap in a settlement i activate it again, hope this helps

Thank you for your comment! Scrap everything is known to cause bugs with precombines.

I have that problem in the "Mechanists lair' and my frame rate goes to hell when it does it. I found looking down at my characters feet as they went through it helped. That doesn't fix it though, So l hope l get a solution here as well.

That could be a problem with Previs/precombines. I to had this issue in the same area with Sailboat Abode on Nexusmods you could check what mods are altering that area

My fix for this bug was literally just disabling my scrap everything mod. I know a lot of people are having different trouble with different mod orders but if you have scrap everything, this might be your problem!

For me was it mod: - Remove Interior Fog. I uninstalled it, removed from vortex, and then was textures, walls, roofs etc ok. .........EDIT: I reinstalled same mod (Remove Interior Fog), i choose there in setting (when it was installing) "ALL DLC" and in appdata... (only read), and mod on end works. Mod works, textures i see. I dont why is it so.

Could also be something with previs/precombines They are located in: Data/Meshes/Precombined or Data/Vis

@@thatMPSG Not sure what mods you are using that include previs/precombines in them. If you can't see them as loose files, then they are probably packed in a ba2 archive and you'll have to check those individual ba2 archives or mod pages if they include previs/precombines. Automatron started it the more they tried to fix it the more vault 95 disappeared. the answer is probably on fandom wiki fallout 4

You said in you pinned comment you fixed it due finding out a line in Fallout4.ini that causes issues. What line is it? Having a similar problem when I start up in Vault 111.

As I described exactly in my comment, I added this line by myself. Something I found somewhere in a thread I can't remember anymore. This line is something you'd never find in proper INI files, so it is very unlikely you'd find it in yours nor I'd never recommend adding lines that mess with precombines. Are you using any mods that change the worldspace around redrocket, sanctuary or vault 111? Then this could cause the problem. Try changing the load order of these mods or remove them completely if that's the case!

@@thatMPSG aight, will try that. As for the INI... well, i'm not sure what I've added there but the game 'just works', the bright white walls and floors in vault 111 is just bothering me. I only added the PRP mod (?) and thats it. Will do your advise either way or I'll try that No RB mod I saw in of the comments in this vid. Thanks!

Make sure PRP is very close to the end of your load order and doesn’t conflict with any environmental changing mods.

It might because you’ve broken some precombines. Deleting the mod won’t recreate what you scrapped.

For me it was a setting in the .ini files I added myself a few months ago that I forgot about, when I deleted it my problem was gone. If it's not that it has to do with a specific mod or your load order.

so, after watching your vid on how to make the game look, i installed the mods and am facing the same problem. I think it is one of those mods. edit: I currantly have is singled down to about 10 mods from some of your last vids. edit 2: IT WAS PRP! I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!

Glad you find out! PRP works just fine, just make sure it is on the top of your load order and if you're using other mods that change worldspace (for example "red rocket clean") load them after PRP, so they don't get overwriten or/and cause bugs.
