Best thing to do is not be stubborn about keeping Fallout 4 lore-friendly. Any mod that looks retro-futuristic, sci-fi, and some modern stuff is fine. But most important of all I will never add so many modern assault rifles and tactical pouches to the game that it becomes f*cking Call of Tarkov. So boring and overdone. And these same people wonder why they only mod and never play.

I haven't used unoffical patch in years and never encounter any problem unofficial patch added more bugs to my game then it even fixed. Also next-gen is broken with the unofficial patch.

You say these weapons are enough for waters. No amount of weapons is enough for mods.

My fix for this bug was literally just disabling my scrap everything mod. I know a lot of people are having different trouble with different mod orders but if you have scrap everything, this might be your problem!

For me the fix was to disable "Scrap Everything - Ultimate Edition"

but FO4 Unofficial Patch needed all the DLC's to work... :(

Thank you for this! I use Nexusmods as well, but this is a very easy alternative that doesn't involve going through the annoyance of getting HD shade packs to work. I don't need my game to look PS5/Series X quality but to look better and cleaner and this simple download does the trick :)

Glad Im came to this video, also love your mods vids, it helps me a lot to get my game better. So, I was with this exact issue in some interiors, and I seee some comments about enhanced light and fx mod, so I disable and it turns back to normal the textures from the walls, BUT in the mod page I encountered another great mod that patches this issue with Enhanced Lighs FX, because it was conflicting with PRP, another great mod. So this is the patch that solve this issue, plus you still able to use enhanced lights and fx with PRP. All my thanks to the commenters, this video itself and mostly for the modders <3

I would like to say that there is, in fact, a reason not to use the unofficial patch: I don't have the DLC and therefore cannot use the main version I have to use the old version that isn't as good

I've come to terms that Fallout 4 will just never hit a stable 60fps everywhere in the game...and somehow my 1660ti got better fps than my 4060. Ahhh yes, good old Bethesda optimization.

I got the same problem but so far only in Concord Civi Access. I run Scrap Everything, I'll try disabling that, but it it just weird. I run Mods that touch Concord Civic Access, like Concord Expanded, but only Concord Civic Access so far, shows the problem.

With NAC X is the weather only manually selectable or can it be set on automatic, so you can random weather as you play? Also are Realistic Lighting and NAC X compatible with eachother, thanks
